Enquiry privacy notice
This notice applies to the short contact form for admission, home services or general questions to Queen Eleonora Hospice in Varna.
What information is needed
Your name and at least a telephone number or email address. Country and a short message are optional. Do not send diagnoses, personal identification numbers, medical records or detailed health information. If additional medical information is needed for assessment, the team will agree with you how to provide it.
How we use it
We use the contact details you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss suitable next steps. Submitting the form does not confirm admission, reserve a bed or subscribe you to advertising. Form field data is not sent to advertising or analytics platforms.
Receipt and storage
The short enquiry is emailed to hospis@abv.bg and care@hospice.bg, used by the hospice team. The website does not create a separate database of personal data from this short form. The message remains in the work mailboxes for handling your enquiry; hosting and email providers help deliver it. The hospice manages access to and retention of correspondence. For clarification or a deletion request, email care@hospice.bg.
The detailed visit request form on the Home Care page is separate: it records the request in the hospice system and notifies the team. Please avoid unnecessary medical details there too.
Technical settings and measurement
The form uses a session, protection against forged requests and short-lived technical checks for duplicate submissions and excessive attempts. These checks do not contain the message content. Optional measurement is off by default. External Google tags can load only after the relevant choice and technical activation of a verified configuration. Personalised advertising and health-based audiences are not used.
